was raised in Fresno, California.  Shortly after high school he entered a Franciscan community of Brothers, and in 1980 followed his calling to a contemplative community of Monks in El Paso, Texas.  In 1989 he moved to Sacramento, was ordained a deacon in December 2005, and a priest in August 2006.  He is a member of the Ecumenical Order of Saints Francis and Clare and currently serves the Good Shepherd community as pastor.  Tony and his two sons live in Sacramento, California.
